- Ty's living situation next year in college.  His roommate for next year has broken the lease to live in his fraternity house.  

  Everyone at UT has had plans for next year's living for months and months.  His 3 friends are hoping a 4 bedroom will open up

  that they can all move to.

TRACIE:  Pray for

- my friend, Susie, as she continues to have procedures to determine if she has uterine cancer or not.

- Tootie as she heals from her foot surgery.

- Emily Duke and Melissa Mount for complete recovery.  I have no updates.

DIANE:  Pray for

- Will's continued progress in therapy journey.  It will be hard on him to go to outpatient sessions all day and then straight to work.

  Hopefully, he can step down to half-day outpatient next week if it goes well this week.

- the open house tomorrow to bring in buyers!!!  It's a slow time in the real estate market right now and no one has even set up

  an appointment to see it.  We need a miracle to be able to sell this rennovated rental and buy our forever home in our neighborhood

  that is going on the market shortly.  Pray for God's favor and timing!

- Heather's grandma, Mary.  She has a scan of her head next week before they decide what treatment they can do.  Pray

  for Heather as she deals with Mary being sick.  Also, her Pap Pap didn't know her when she was there.

DEANNA:  Pray for

- Chase as before for wisdom and discernment in dealing with big decisions.

VALORIE:  Pray for

- Emily and college search process--we're visiting Univ. of Alabama over Spring Break next week.

- Samantha for continued healing from the fall and staying on top of school, work, etc.

- my Uncle Gary (my mom's brother) who has been diagnosed with Parkinson's.  He has CLL (leukemia) and had prostrate cancer a couple

  of years ago.  Please pray for his strength, comfort and healing.  Thank you.

- Tootie as she recovers from her 3rd foot surgery. (on her own without help)

  can return to work on Sunday.  Charlie is also sick and without insurance.

NANCY:  Pray for

- Pete and I to be able to handle all the doctor appointments and his memory loss.   I will not be able to continue the study this session.

- courage for the full cleanout of our garage.

- tri care military insurance to pay for Pete's pacemaker.

NATALIE:  Pray for

- my sister who is dealing with unwarrented feelings of guilt.

-  Heather's grandma Mary who has lung cancer.  She had the biopsy on Tuesday.  Also, they are moving in with their daughter this week.

VALORIE:  Pray for

- continued healing for Samantha (physical and mental).  Also, pray for wisdom /discernment in training her horse and balancing

  rest, schedule, and work.

- Emily balancing sleep and work load, wisdom and discernment in plans for summer, next year, and college search process.

ANITA:  Pray for

- Johnny Fricke, who owns the accounting firm where my sister works.  He's in his late seventies and still loves to work!  He's having health

  problems from treatment for prostate cancer years ago.  He is sidelined this tax season with health issues and  the firm is having a hard

  time without his presence.

- my cousins, David and Crimson. (See request a few weeks back)

TRACIE:  Pray for

- my friend, Cindy, who lost her husband back in August and is still so sad and fragile.  

- Kylie and Olivia as they travel to Europe for the next 2 weeks.

- that her memories will return more quickly being home in familiar surroundings.  She will be doing outpatient rehab at the 

  Shepherd Center.

- a room to open quickly at the Shepherd Center and for her complete healing.  Therapists are pushing her hard right now and it

  completely wipes her out.  It will be a long road to recovery(maybe 3 months) but she is really a miracle and they are so thankful.

SUSAN:  Pray for

- continued healing for my foot and eye.

- Leigh and the kids.

DIANE:  Pray for

- William to be able to finish work project quickly so we can work on getting finances together to buy a house.

- our renovated house to sell quickly.  Not sure our realtor is the best but William is very loyal and she is our property manager.  We need

  a miracle for all of these moving parts to come together.

- David and Melissa who are trying to renovate their house before baby Eve comes.  They started demo yesterday!

Anita - Praise that my mom got an excellent report from Physical therapist who is helping her with scoliosis diagnosis.  She has been so 

  disciplined with the very complex exercises that were prescribed.  She has achieved measurable improvement!! 

Tracie - 2 big praises!  Emily finally came home on Friday after almost 3 months!

- Melissa has been accepted into the Shepherd Center and will remain in the hospital until there is a room available!

NATALIE:  Pray for

- Mary, Heather's grandma, who just found out that she does have lung cancer.  She has a biopsy scheduled next week to see

  what kind.  Please pray for her and Heather.  Heather is having a hard time since she is so far away. (in Maryland)

DEANNA:  Pray for

- Chase for discernment.  He has life decisions to make and could use the extra prayers.  Thank you!

- family/friends who still have health issues. 

VALORIE:  Pray for

- Emily and Samantha - same prayers as before.

- Samantha for healing and to have a complete recovery with no lasting effects from her fall off the horse. She hurts all over and many

  activities hurt such as sneezing, bending, and lifting.  Pray for both physical and mental healing.  It rattled her and she's also concerned

  about how this affects her and Osiris' training relationship and schedule.  There are only 2 1/2 semesters remaining to get him ready to

  go to his police department.

NANCY:  Pray for

- strength and peace with some things I am facing right now...stressful, emotional, and some fear.

TRACIE:  Pray for

- Kristen to have a great pregnancy and a healthy baby.

SUSAN: Pray for

- continued and complete healing for my foot (toes) and eye.

- Leigh and the kids as they adapt to their circumstances.

DIANE:  Pray for

- our rental house that we've renovated to go on the market today and that we get a fast sale for a good price.

- William and I to be able to get our finances in order quickly in order to buy the home that we've been praying for for a few

  years now.  There are lots of moving parts in order for this to work out on such short notice.

- William, who is working all the time trying to finish up a work project and not at all ready to buy a house in the middle of it.

Valorie - Praise that there was no concussion and were no broken bones from Smantha's fall!

Tracie - Kristen and Candon are pregnant!!!!!  Another miracle baby.

- Melissa Mount has regained consciousness about an hour and a half ago.  They had her standing up (with help), following

  commands, said Gray's name.  He asked if she wanted to go to Auburn and she said yes.  She is obviously beat and sleeping

  now but HUGE news and praise!!

Susan - Praise that there is almost no pain now!  Had my 4 wk post op and everything is healing as should.  Will have external pins

  removed in 4 wks.  Still in boot cast but can take off to sleep.  Hallelujah!!! Helps tremendously.

Diane - Praise that the sellers contacted us as they said they would to tell us they were going to put their home on the market.  Hopefully,

  we will have the first shot at it.

- Heather's Grandma Mary who has a nodule on her lung.  She is getting fluid around her lungs.  They are in the process of

  ruling out cancer.  Please pray for her, Heather, and family.

- Mac--He needs to figure out his life pathway.

- Chris Locurto(22 yrs old) still in Trauma ICU fighting hard to stay alive.

- JM and me as we prepare for and work through his graduation and transition to adult life...lots of moving parts.

- Charles Farnell, who turned one in October.  He is having open heart surgery now to repair a hole in his heart and a leaky ventricle.

, Surgery is today, Feb 1st, at Univ. of Salt Lake City.  It started at 11:30 and should be a 4-6 hr surgery.  His grandmother

  is Donna's best friend from Clearwater, who now lives in Elko, Nevada.

- my friend, Melissa Mount, who has had a brain aneurysm and is in a coma at Grady Hospital.  Her only son is in Scotland in seminary.

  She is a Delta flight attendant.

- complete healing from foot surgery and  an improvement in pain management.

- my renovation to be completed next week.

- David and Melissa to be able to juggle jobs, a kitchen renovation they are considering, and getting the baby's room ready for Eve.

Deanna - Chris Locurto is breathing on his own and they actually sat him on the side of the bed!!  Huge...so much happened yesterday,

  during our time together, for him and his healing.  Praise the Lord!

Debbi - Patrick is recovering well.  I am just so, so grateful that God spared him and our family!  Praising HIm always.

SUSAN B:  Pray for

- a speedy recovery for my foot and that the toes will heal well and stay alligned.  Also, continued healing for my eye.

- David and Melissa to figure out remodel plan and make a wise decision on whether or not to proceed before the baby comes.

- rennovations on our rental to finish soon and that we will be able to get it on the market for a quick sale

  at a good price.

NANCY:  Pray for

-  healing from sickness, coughing and sneezing.

- my friend, Veronica, who was diagnosed with breast cancer for the third time.

- Emily, for healing from fever and lung congestion.

- healing for family in Florida with fevers and that I don't get sick.

ANITA:  Pray for

- two brothers, David and Crimson, who live in a difficult home situation.  Mom has mental illness and she now homeschool's

  the boys.  Dad is a positive influence, but he's at work during the day.  The boys and the dad are my second cousins.

VALORIE:  Pray for

- Emily to manage well the business and stress of Junior year and wisdom in navigating the college search process.

  Also, wisdom and guidance in her relationship with a friend who is exploring her beliefs about spirituality, religion, and God.

- Samantha, in making new friends that encourage/mentor her in her relationship with Christ.

JOAN:  Pray for  

- Yuka Hirose.  She and her husband are leaving for Japan to live near her unsaved elderly father.  They are planning to begin a

  ministry among the people there that they may come to know Jesus Christ as their personal Lord and Savior.

Diane - Praise that my tennis team got 6 new players so that Tracie and I can continue playing.

- Praise that a busted pipe didn't do any real damage this time and was due to rust and not freezing.  We had thousands of dollars in

  damages to our unit and the one next door was severely damaged due to a pipe busting last year during a hard freeze.

Debbi - Praising God for Patrick's life-saving surgery!

PRAYER REQUESTS

TRACIE:  Pray for

- my Uncle Alan who has an arachnoid cyst in his brain (like Tom did) but in his sinus cavity area.  Pray that he finds

  the right neurosurgeon and gets good advise in order to make a surgical decision.

- Kristen and Kandon as they continue this IVF process.

DEANNA:  Pray for

- my Aunt Sonja (my dad's eldest sister) that is on a ventilator in ICU in Kentucky.  She's so sweet and coded

  twice yesterday -- vented and on dialysis now.  She's a widow and has laid 2 of her own kids to rest.

- Mom, that she is able to make it here for Christmas.  She's had a second mamogram this week and will have

  a biopsy next week.  She's concerned, of course.

- our homeless community.  Temps are getting cooler, holidays are hard, and mental health issues in this country are huge.

VALORIE:  Pray for

- me and CWA.

- our family to finish the semester well and healthy.

SUSAN B:  Pray for

- continued healing for her eye.

- continued healing for Leigh and the family.

- D & M for safe travels.  They are in Armenia with her parents for her brother's wedding and touring.  Pray that her mom

  (who has cancer) and Melissa (who is pregnant) both do well with the hectic schedule and don't pushthemselves too hard.

- William's job situation to improve.  He has seemed pretty down lately.

- Daniel to make progress on his invention.

- me to be able to find players for our tennis team so we don't have to fold.

Anita - You may remeber my friend's son, Sean, a young man in his early 30's who overdosed on fentanyl a year ago and

came very close to dying.  He was in the hospital for months.  He was last on prayer list in Summer when he was kicked out

of the recovery home for breaking rules (drank a beer). With no place to live, he went back to Augusta and all the bad

influences there where he overdosed.  Relapse was inevitable.

The PRAISE is that he has recently returned to Marietta on his own, is attending church with his mom, and trying to get back

on track.  He had made such progress before he left!

Debbi - Praise that my sister, Lauren, got a promotion at her second job (Home Depot) to head cashier! 

Yay for more money!

ANITA:  Pray for 

- Conner, a 20-yr old young man who says he is a "pagan. He says the Bible is a "good book".  His family is

  Christian.  Then he said he doesn't worship God because God isn't "good".  I told him I would like to pray for him.

VALORIE:  Pray for

- me and CWA.

- our family and finishing the semester well and healthy.

TRACIE:  Pray for

- IVF process for Kristen and Kandon, that they will have viable eggs and that they will be at peace during the

  waiting. Pray that Kristen won't be too uncomfortable from all the injections of meds.

- our country, that we will find a leader worth voting for in this next election.

NANCY:  Pray for 

- Pete as he goes through pacemaker surgery today at 12:15 (Thursday) and for speedy recovery.

SUSAN B:  Pray for

- healing for her left eye.

DIANE:  Pray for

- David and Melissa's pregnancy.  Pray for no more bleeding scares.  Also, pray that nothing happens during

  their trip to Armenia for her brother's wedding.  They will be gone from Nov 15th -26th.

- Mary Kayla's job interview yesterday that she will find favor with the interviewers and will get the job.

- Tammi.  The doctors found something else on her lung and are trying to decide what to do.

ANITA:  Pray for

- Sammy Schwenker, who had surgery yesterday to remove a cyst in his back.  He was very nervous and he won't be able to sit

  down for 2 weeks. Pray for comfort and healing, understanding...and for Jennifer, his mom.

SUSAN B:  Pray for

- Leigh and the children to stay strong in the faith and follow God as He guides them.

- Mark to seek the Lord and hear Him as he seeks to get help for his addiction problems.

NANCY:  Pray for

- Pete as he is receiving a pacemaker on Wednesday, the 8th and CPAP appointments on the 15th.  I will not

  be  at Bible study for the next 2 weeks.

Cathy - The water around Tammi's heart is gone!

Diane - Praise that David and Melissa didn't lose the baby! The bleeding was probably due to her body shedding

  the second sac.  I know that experience was traumatic and am so thankful that God brought them through it.

- the boys who are going motorcycle riding in the woods this weekend.  This is the most dangerous and scares

  me the most.

- Bryan and I traveling Nov 1-30.

- the busy airbnb for Novemember.  Pray that it goes well with the new housekeeper and my daughter in law taking

  care of it.

- me to get my room cleaned for Morgan to stay at our house while we are on Holiday.

- Morgan to find a new job and a girlfriend/wife.

- 2 very nice ladies battling cancer.

- Kristen and Kandon as they begin the IVF process.  Pray that they will have a positive, excited, attitude rather than worry and

  2 days in the office and 3 days at home.  It would be perfect as she is still navigating being a single parent.

- Melissa to get through COVOD with no harm to her or the baby and that David doesn't get it.

- William to be able to work out a difficult situation at work with a co-worker not doing his job.

  of her esophagus "healed itself" suddenly, and doctors still do not know what it was!

- Valerie not to lose her mind teaching and reteaching computer and phone stuff to her mother.

- my cousin, Linda, who went to the ER with severe chest pain.  Images show her esophagus is black and the

  doctors aren't sure why.  She is very weak and in a lot of pain.

DEBBI:  Pray for 

- the same calm for my sister, Lauren.  She is working a full-time and a part-time job and has Natalie, a high schooler,

  at home.  She lives in high stress.

KARLA:  Pray for

- the family.  My dad's sister passed away last weekend.  Another of his sisters had a heart attack last week.  Please pray for 

  healing for her.

DEANNA:  Pray for 

- Mom's continued healing.

- my SIL Kim and my brother, Jeff.  Huge health issues have been keeping them down.

- a young girl named Adrian from Corey's church had brain surgery on Wednesday.  Pray for complete recovery.

  be in God's timing and that He would find the perfect buyer.

- my sister, Lauren, to find some calm and peace--working 2 jobs and lots of stress she internalizes.

KARLA:  Pray for

- my childhood friend, Leslie, who is battling brain cancer.  Latest round of chemo is making her very sick.

- me as I am working on getting back into the paid workforce and finding the job search process frustrating.  Please

  pray that the right opportunity will present itself.

TRACIE:  Pray for

- Kristen as she navigates fertility processes, and the emotions of all of her friends getting pregnant with their seconds.

- the family of a Marietta football player who made some bad choices this week and has gotten himself arrested.

  (He made some kind of terroristic threat on social media to a girl he just broke up with who is going to HC with another football player

  who he also threatened.)

- all those affected by the situation in Israel.

DIANE:  Pray for

- Israel!!

- our goverrnment and nation to do the right thing in the sight of God.  In Genesis 12:2-3 the LORD said to Abram,

  "I will make you into a great nation and I will bless you;  I will make your name great, and you will be a blessing. 

  I will bless those who bless, and whoever curses you I will curse"....

- David and Melissa's growing baby and wisdom for travel to Armenia in November for her brother's wedding.

- that I will be able to make good choices on renovating one of our rental houses for sale and that my contractor will 

  be able to start and finish the job quickly.  I have had a hard time getting in touch with him lately and he wasn't able 

  to do the two bathrooms in my house while I was gone like he was supposed to.

TRACIE: Please pray for my friend, Alina, who is renovating a new house and her daughter is getting married this Saturday.

 

SUSAN B: Pleas pray for my continuing health issues, for Leigh and the children as they struggle with circumstances in their family, and Mark, that he will get beyond denial and seek the help he needs.

ANITA: Please continue to pray for Harrison as he recovers and gets his life back on track. So far he is cooperating with his parents efforts to help him, He stared home school this week, but his mom feels the situation s still very unstable.

​

ANITA: Please pray for JM and his new teacher, Ms. Sati, as she tries to learn how to teach JM. Pray that she will not try to start over... he is in his 10th year at the school and graduates, this year. He needs continuity. Thank you!

NATALIE: Please pray for my dads wife's n's wife Krista. She is having surgery today on her uterus. Pray that the Doctor fixes her uterus so that sher can have the baby boy that they have prayed for-

VALORIE: Samatha & Emilly navigating relationships; me- planning, decisions, and attitude related to Children Worship Arts

 

PAT: Please pray for my friend Joy. About 5 months ago she had fallen at home and broke her leg. She had finally begun to be able to drive again, and last week, she had a car aacccident- both wrists broken,  2 bones in the same leg, cracked sternum. She is in rehab/nursing home.

KATRYN: Pray for my sister, Darcia and her husband-getting use to the changes from his decease affecting their lives. Pray for my friend Jamie and her husband and their medical problems and marraige.

-  Mom, who is scheduled for surgery on October 5th.  The consult was Tuesday and it went great.  I will be with her for surgery so I will miss a

-  Lisa Parrish, the sweet young lady that I met in Athens.  Kathy Baker is adding her to her prayer list.

- Chase's new relationnship.  It seems to be moving at a very fast pace.  They seem happy and they believe

  it's due to the Lord's timing that they've been able to meet and be where they are.

- my good friend, Judy Tolbut, who is having knee surgery on Thursday.  Praying for a successful surgery and recovery.

- Samantha and Emily for wisdom and discernment in their relationships and making choices about next steps.

- my friend, Edith Krahel, who is in Connecticut for a month or more caring for her mom as she goes through cancer

  treatments.  Edith's daughter, Olivia, is a good friend of Emily's.  Olivia is not a believer and I'm not sure about Edith. 

  Praying that God will reveal himself in new and personal ways to each of the Krahel family members through this season

  and open their hearts and minds to their need for Jesus Savior and beginning a relationship with Him.

NATALIE:  Pray for

- my sister's husband, Scott, and Shelley.

- me to find a doctor that can care for my esophageal condition and will be able to work with cardiologist to determine

  best meds.

DEANNA:  Pray for

- Mom's neuro surgery consult to go well on the 19th.  She's afraid to go without me there.  

- a young lady I met, Lisa Parrish.  She's the curator at the Dean Day Sanders Porcelain exhibit.  She's alone, no family,

  and struggling with the death of her mother.

- my step son to stay clear of people he doesn't like.  That can include anyone who breathes.

- Morgan to find a wife.  He's lonely.

- continued kitchen rennovation progress.

- my brother-in-law and sister as his Louie Bodies disease is affecting their lives drastically and he is declining.

- me to get quick scheduling of tests and procedures for liver and duct issues.  The MRI came back a mess.

- Ty - Struggling with a Statistics class - teacher is difficult.

- my sister, Lauren, who teaches school then works as a cashier at night and on weekends.  She needs to choose joy.

  She's exhausted.

ANITA:  Pray for

- relief, stabilization, and improved mobility for my mom.  This last year has been rough with lots of changes and walking

  is now affected.

SUSAN B:  Pray for

- me for healing.  There is a restriction of blood flow to both eyes and I failed the peripheral vision test in left eye.  

  Still working on how all this is resolved.  Also having GI issues again and had an MRI that showed a small mass

  where stomach and intestines join.

- Leigh and the entire family.  Mark and Leigh have separated and she and the children are emotional wrecks.

  We are all devestated and this is the hardest time in my life ever, emotionally, physically, and mentally.

- Daniel to find a patent attorney and wisdom for next steps.

- me, to be able to get house projects done with contractor while I'm out of town.

- me to make wise decisions on how to fix up rental house for sale.  We will probably get it back in October.

- Mom as she waits for the neuro concult and pray for her discernment with next steps.

- me to get in quickly for a mamogram.

- my Mom coming to town next week to see a physical therapist who specializes in scoliosis.  She will have 2 days of

- my cousin.  My aunt just died of Covid.

- my mom's cousin's daughter died in her sleep Monday night.  Please pray for her family.

- Kristen, who is trying to change jobs, get pregnant, and finishing out the upstairs of her house.  She is so stressed on

- my Aunt Debi, who is struggling the last few weeks...the one who lost her husband.

- William, who is really struggling with his job and hating it right now.  He switched to a secret program and they have not  

  gotten him the things he needs to do his job.  He is VERY frustrated with all of the red tape and hoops you have to jump

  through to get anything done.

- David and Melissa.  They are leaving for Spain today.  Pray for safe travels and that they make all of their connections in

  order for the itinerary to work out.  Also praying they will be able to get pregnant.

- Charlie, who is having a very rough time.  Will have to have colon surgery in October.

- me, that I will know what to do about my knee and be able to decide when is the right time to have a knee replacement.

DEANNA:  Pray for

- Mike, who has broken two toes and is in an orthopedic shoe for a month.  Please pray that he can stay on track healing.

- my SIL's Mom is very sick and in the hospital.  Please pray for healing.  She has a blood disorder, pneumonia, 

  congestive heart failure and her kidneys are barely functioning.  Not good at all.  She's such a nice lady.

Katryn - Bryan's Aunt Dian is doing really well out of the hospital after surgery from having 2 stints put in.

Diane - Will got a job at Costco! They will call to set up orientation and a start date, hopefully very soon.  Please pray that he

  will like the people he is working with(very important to him) and get to work on time, etc.  He really needs to keep this job

  and start earning a steady income again.

Jane - My foot doctor dismissed me and said to check in with him in 3 months. Yea!!

VALORIE:  Pray for

- Steve and Marcia.  Steve's chemo has not been working and has been really hard on his kidneys.  He has decided to stop treatment so we don't know how long he has.  They didn't want us to come visit when we asked.  Please pray for wisdom that Christopher will know when to go even if he needs to just show up by himself to spend time with his dad.

- my shoulder.  I have hurt the rotator cuff and am having trouble lifting it.

JANE:  Pray for

- complete healing for her foot after surgery.

CATHY:  Pray for

- Mary Kayla to be able to handle all of the logistics of the wedding, move to Oklahoma, and job search.

ANITA: Pray for

- JM's healing after having 4 impacted wisdom teeth removed.

SUSAN B:  Pray for

- Bob's mom, Chris, 104 years old.  She fell and broke her hip and femur on May 29th.  She was moved to rehab facility and had a stroke   on June 5th.  She has moved back to assisted living and is doing remarkably well.  Pray that her hip will heal as it should and she will do what the doctor and physical therapists want her to do.

- Leigh's husband, Mark, who just found  

out he has a large mass in his left kidney that they suspect may be renal carcinoma.  He will have a biopsy some time this week.  Pray for them to sit quietly with God and hear Him as He leads them to the medical team Mark will need.  Also, that they will remember

"Faith over Fear" as they begin this diagnosis process.

- Christina Marie, who has cancer and is not sleeping well.

- Erica to set up baby picture session with me.  I've already bought several crocheted outfits for the sitting.

TRACIE:  Pray for

- safe travels on my 10 day trip to the Northeast.

- my girls to take care of the pets and house while we are gone.

- our dog, Paisley, to get over the virus she has.

- Melissa's mom who is not doing well.  She has cachexia, which is a wasting condition that many cancer patients get.  She is in a lot of   pain.  Please pray for relief from the pain and for the entire family during this difficult time when her body seems to be giving up

- Daniel to have the courage to go in and present his project.  He knows it has to be done but can't seem to pull the trigger.

- John Michael and his class.  He has 2 teachers in his tiny class with 8 students.  Since Jan. 1, both teaching positions have turned over   twice.  He is getting another new teacher this week.  The shortage of teachers is especially keen in the special needs area.  All the   teachers who left have left teaching for different professions.

SUSAN B:  Pray for

- Bob, that God will prepare his heart for the passing of his Mom.

- Vivian.  She is not in a good place right now.  Showing signs of slipping back down.

NANCY:  Pray for

- me.  I'm just mentally anguished right now and feel the enemy is on my every thought and action.  Pray against fear and that this 

 passes with God's help!

 DIANE:  Pray for

- my mom and dad, both having surgery on Thursday.  Mom's is exploratory to see if the blockage in her carotid artery is really 75-80%   blocked so they will know next steps.  Dad's is to move the pace-maker lead that is causing his heart valve not to close properly.  Pray for   good outcomes and speedy recoveries!

- Melissa's mom to be able to keep down food on current chemo and wisdom for the doctors to know when to change.  She is down to   117 lbs..

- Daniel, for his project and his girlfriend situation.

- William and I to sell our rental house that is on the market.  We've had to replace a furnace and do major repairs to a bathroom along   with other very large bills and taxes.  Also, that there will be no more big expenses on the others right now.

Diane - Melissa's mom got news that there are 2 new drugs for her type of cancer that have just been approved!  She was on the

- safe travels for Bryan and I.

- my friend's husband still not home from mental care facility.

- another friend whose husband is in mental care place because of alcoholism and how it has affected his physical body, too.

- my family!  Pray, specifically, for Cory's relationship with God and with us.  He's upset with us in every way.  Pray for Art to find someone     to work with him so that he's not working alone and needs the help.  Pray that Satan will leave the situation.

- me not to get super sick from medication change as expected.

- my friend who is trying to get to India to see her mom who had a bad fall in her 80's.  She has a special needs child and doesn't want   him to suffer through a 21 hr. plane trip.  She needs some reliable childcare to stay with her son after school and before his dad gets   home from work.  Also, my friend is not a Christian(has another faith), but she is curious about my faith, our Bible study, etc.  Pray that   God gives me the words to say to her as she continues to ask questions.  Thank you!

- my niece, Naomi, and Grant.  Pray for Grant to get a job, specifically, in Cartersville, GA.  He's currently a welder working in   Oregon   without Naomi.

- Dad, as he continues to heal.

- my back issues and that I can find a doctor that can get me relief.

- Mike's brother, Rob's biopsy results which he may not get until Friday.  His eyes are struggling again, too.  He has been very sick and   been to urgent care.  They mentioned that it may be an infection from the biopsy but not sure.

- my brother-in-law(Mike's brother, Rob).  He has a biopsy on Oct. 26th.  He's struggling while he waits.

- Pray that they find out why Charlie is having trouble with stomach pain and digestive problems

- a good teacher for JM's class.  He has lost lost 3 of his 4 main teachers in the past 9 months.  A lot of change for him to deal with.

- Heather.  She is struggling with her faith.  Alex still hasn't left and her lease is up at her apartment.  He has to sign a document so she can stay in the apartment.  She is looking for a house to buy but it's not a great time to buy.

DEANNA: Mike's brother Rob needs prayer for his eye surgery recovery.

Deanna will be seeing a doctor/neuropathologist on this upcoming Monday, 7:30am concerning her eye problems. Pray they can identify and then make a plan to recovery.

Pray for Mike and is increased strength towards his recovery from his recent illness.

ANITA: Pray for Jeff and his family on his recovery from complications of previous surgery which has caused hemorrhaging. 

KATRYN: Morgan my youngest needs to find a better paying job, benefits and better working environment.

DEBBI: Prayers for her family facing her mother-in-laws surgery. May her recovery be fast and effective on making a better quality of life than she is currently experiencing.

TRACIE: Pray for Christen's air conditioners repair so they can move back into their own home. May Kylie's home purchase be an easy transition this week. Tom's recovery from this weekend's bronchitis scare and that his new doctor will lead him on a better plan for an everyday for him to regain his strength in returning to his old self.

CATHY B: Pray for Tammi receiving her port and getting chemo for the rare lung cancer.

DIANE: Her son Will's friend, Charlie is sepsis and needs prayer for better healthcare provisions. May the meds keep working towards a full recovery.

- Mac who won't go to church with us.

- Susan Neece and her family.  Her husband died last week.

- Art's cousin, Lydia Hall, and her family.  Her brother died Monday after a long fight from Covid.

- my cousin, Kelly, and her family.  Her son, Will, just died this morning.  He was 35 and had survived a                                        horrible car accident in the Spring when he lost both legs.

 

ANITA:  Pray for

- Jeff and his mom who both have Covid and are quarantined in a motel room.

VALORIE:  Pray for

- Christopher's dad, Steve.  He is recovering from Moye's surgery on several spots; he is tolerating the chemo meds better,       though his numbers aren't as low as they want, but continuing to watch.

- Me, as we are starting Children's Worship Arts, Sept. 12th.

DEBBI:  Pray for

- my sister, Lauren Davis.  She is a high school art teacher and has a parent constantly harassing her and making her hate her job.

DIANE:  Pray for

-my  oldest son, Daniel.  He is supposed to close on the sale of his house tomorrow.  Pray for wisdom on which city to move to and that all the details would be worked out with the move.  Also, that God will give him wisdom in starting a company and discernment in who to partner with on the business end.

- Charli to recover from surgery and wisdom for the doctors who are caring for him to figure out exactly what is gong on in       his body and the best treatment going forward.  I just found out that he was released again last night and is back at home.     He is supposed to see a neurologist in a few days.  Also, pray that he will be able to get an advocate to help him.

- Will, who wants to get his driver's license and find a reliable car to get back and forth to work.

- Morgan- His job search, his personal growth toward using his talents, his spiritual life, his work toward a good supportive      wife.

- my cousin, Margaret.  She found her grandson(he lived next door) deceased in his home--cause unknown.  She just lost her    husband in January, after 60+ years of marriage.  Please pray for her comfort.

- my family as we mourn the loss of my uncle, Charles Cooley.  He is the last sibling on my dad's side.

- my hairdresser's 9-mo. old little girl, Rory.  She had tubes in her ears and didn't get better because one of the tubes     stopped up and wasn't draining.

ANITA:  Pray for

- my Aunt Chris.  She is 100 years old and she fell and broke her hip.  She is my grandfather's last sibling still with us.     Surgery went well, but she still needs to get through rehab.  Pray for strength, comfort, and restoration of her health.

- Vickie Galbraith's mom in Savannah.  She had surgery for her breast cancer, with only partial success.  Pray for her comfort,   healing, guidance for her doctors and peace.

- Vickie, as she cares for her mom and spends extended time away from home.

KATRYN:  Pray for

- my husband having some job/clients before the end of the year.

- my husband's mental stress in trying to get through the refinancing of our house and finally the downstairs redo.

- Samantha, who was bucked off a horse on Monday.  Thankfully, there was no concussion or broken bones.  She is very sore   and has a midterm riding lesson this week.

- a solution for travel for Samantha to come home for Thanksgiving Break.

- my mom, who was in a car accident.  She is sore and rattled but on the whole OK.  Pray for clarity on next steps.

- me in staying on track with my house clean out and positive thoughts throughout.  There are times when it is mentally   overwhelming.

- comfort and peace for the entire family as they mourn the loss of her husband, Demetrius.  Also, that all will go well with   the service for him on Saturday and they will be able to celebrate his life with family and friends.

DIANE:  Pray for

- healing for Charlie.

- Will to do well at his new job, to learn quickly, be a good employee, and to be able to start immediately.  The manager   had told him in the interview she could give him $12.50/hr. but when the offer came, it was only $11.25. He was very   disappointed.  Pray that he will work hard and earn raises quickly to keep his spirits up.  They evaluate every 3 months and   decide if they get a raise which can be between 25 cents and a dollar.

- for David to do well on his flight Sunday at 11:00 and that his instructor will clear him for his final check-out flight to get his   pilot's license.

- me and my parents to have a good visit and that we will be successful in securing two investment properties very quickly.     They are flying in Saturday and we have two townhomes for them to look at and hopefully write contracts that will be   accepted.

- our friend, Jarna, from the Priscilla Shirer conference.  She took an edible drug in the form of a gummy that made her hallucinate and she jumped three stories from her balcony.  She's at Brookwood Baptist Hospital with a fractured pelvis.  She needs continued prayer for healing of both body and mind.  She feels like she's being attacked in her mind. She said she goes with her first thought, which is crazy, trying to hurry up the healing process, like jumping out of bed thinking she can walk on her own.  Pray for comfort, peace, and an ear to hear the voice of God and not the enemy.

Anita - Praise that my mom, JM, and I had a great trip to the mountains together over Fall Break.

Katryn - As much as the everyday things make my family and me crazy, I am thankful for all we do have.  It is a good life!

Valorie - Thankful that we were able to go visit Samantha.  It was reassuring to see how well she's doing and that this is   where God intends her to be and be doing.  Thankful we were able to be there when her roommate moved out to a single   room with just a few hours notice.  We were able to help redo her room to make it more cozy and she is already feeling   better about being by herself until next semester.

Deanna - Praise for a good report at M D Anderson.  All nodules look benign!!!  My doctor marked one just to make sure   nothing changes.  Said my TSH is as low as he wants to see it for me to feel good.  Said all looks great and he'll see me   next year.

Tracie - Praise for healing from thrush and ear-ringing!

Diane - Praise that Daniel was able to find a place to live in Denver that they are really excited about. They have  been exploring the city and loving it!

- Heather!  Things are really bad at home.  She needs to divorce Alex before she loses the kids.  She has admitted to being   depressed and really needs prayers for the confidence and strength to do what needs to be done.  Pray for me to know   what I should do to be ready to get the kids if I need to.

- Art's buddy, Robbie's, girlfriend had a baby, Sunday.  The baby is in NICU because she was born early.

- my arthritic hand that hasn't handled all the painting projects at Kylie's house.

- my mom and I to be able to find a second property.  There was too much that needed to be done to fix the one we had written a   contract on.  She wants to back out after we had the inspection.  We have one or two to look at but there is very little out there in   that price range.  We will need another divine intervention to finish this up.

- Will, that he likes and does well at his new job.  He started on Thursday.

- David, who is trying to finish up getting his pilot's license.  He has an oral exam Friday at 2:00, a check ride Sunday at 10:00am, and   the FAA written exam Monday at 10:00.  Lots of prayer appreciated.

- Jarna, for continued healing of her broken pelvis and that time spent with her mom for recovery would be helpful.

Susie - First counseling session went fairly well.  Good start, everyone was kind, and God was fully present!!

 

Valorie - Emily's knee has healed and she is back to running and marching.  She was able to march for a band competition last Sat.   and is running in a meet on Thursday.

Katryn - Connor and his group did well and survived the motorcycle and car race through the woods.  They were also protected and came out with minimal damage from the guy that hit them from behind on their way home.

Debbi - I'm going to NYC early Friday morning to visit Sydney -- I haven't seen her since July 10th.

- Neal, who has been very sick.  Covid test is negative and no fever but has been very congested.  He's an asthmatic who easily   gets bronchial infections and pneumonia.

- my mom to get relief from pain with the spinal epidural she had yesterday.

- Will, who has been very sick and not able to start his job yet.  He has a bad cough and congestion, getting over an upper   respiratory infection that doesn't seem to be getting better with antibiotics.  The thrush was awful but that seems to be   healing with the medication that the doctor prescribed.

- Chris who was exposed to Covid this past Thursday.  As of today, she is refusing to be tested.  Pray that she will agree to be   tested and that she gets a negative result.

- Susan Clark.  This week would have been Stan's birthday and she is really struggling.  I was supposed to be going to a   dinner/card night at her house on Thursday but she cancelled.

- my niece, Dianna, as she makes a decision about where she'll go to college and tries to qualify for scholarships over the next   couple of weeks.

- Cathy and her family as they deal with the news coming in the next day or two and the stressors of having a loved one who is   sick.

- Mom and Dad(Marcia and Steve).  His chronic lymphocytic leukemia is worsening and he has been referred to a specialist.     Prayers for them both to know what to do next, for Steve to be willing to share everything about his health with doctors and   Mom, and to seek ways to adapt as his body and mind are changing. Pray that he will also seek help with his cognitive changes   and symptoms that may be indicating he's had another stroke.

DIANE:  Pray for 

- Daniel to be able to stay focused on bringing his first product idea to completion enough to show others and be able to meet   the right people that can help him in the process going forward.  Pray for divine appointments!

Katryn - Bryan's dad, Marty, has been feeling depressed about his health, afraid to go to the doctor, but thinking he had something terminal.  He found out he has a hernia and is relieved. Also, he was going to give up riding a motorcycle because he thought he was too old and he couldn't handle it.(his bike was just too big)  Bryan bought him a bike for Christmas and he has been riding it and his depression has lifted!

- My baby shower problem prayer was answered perfectly!

- my husband's cousin, Connie.  She lost her husband to a heart attack last week.  She is only in her 50's.  Her father died last   year, her mother the year before, both of her sisters have died, one from cancer and one from a bizarre accident.  I think it   would be hard to basically lose all your immediate family.

ANITA:  Pray for

- Vickie Galbraith's brother, Dale, who has had a heart attack.  Please pray about his health.  He and his wife had moved in with   Vickie's mom to help as she battles breast cancer.  You may recall that Vickie's other brother passed away last year from Covid.

- my neuropathy.

- Dad's health and office visits.

 6 weeks.  Also, her stepson, Jalen, is getting hazed and his new baseball coach doesn't like him.  She and her husband, Camillo, are   having to help him decide what college he needs to transfer to. (He's at USC now)

- a young lady, Christine, who is depressed and feels like she's "less than" all her friends, not happy with how her life is going.

- a young man named Noah, who is having to go through several surgeries to keep him alive.

- me, as I'm having a pain in my right breast, the side I had my lumpectomy.  It's been bothering me for about a week, trying to decide   how long to wait to see if it goes away.  My next mammogram appt isn't until August.

- Tom and me, as we have to make the decision when to end poor Josie's miserable life, knowing that means we'll need to get a puppy   for Hallie.

- me, to get organized and my house in order enough to have 6 adult family members come up to stay with us in May.  Everyone needs   their own bed because none of us are kids anymore and I can't put them on blowup mattresses.

- my niece, Erin.  She was arrested again last week.  We hope that this time they will make her get the help she needs.  She is still in jail in   Gwinnett County.

- me and CWA(Children's Worship Arts) finishing well. (3/27)

- Samantha and her ability to stay organized and on top of things so she can improve her grades and keep her scholarship.  She   struggles with getting overwhelmed which leads to procrastination and avoiding what is difficult or she doesn't like.

- our family dynamics over stupid bad weekend from in-laws.

- my husband whose heart is broken and affecting his daily life, work, etc.

- my relationship with Maddie.  It is strained.

  Arizona but even if approved, they don't have an opening until May.

- the McGrail family (12 days) as their struggle is so apparent and sad for them.

- all the kids as they will be (us too) in Florida next week for baseball and theme parks.

- Will to be able to reschedule his driving test soon and to a time that will work with both our schedules.  He was very disappointed when we went on Thursday, Feb 17th, and were told the appointment was a month away.  Oops!

PRAYER REQUESTS

DEBBI:  Pray for

- my sister, Lauren, who is having foot surgery in 3 weeks.  Her blood pressure is high and may derail her having the surgery.     She is having more car problems, too.

CATHY B:  Pray for

- her husband, Rick, who is having hernia surgery on Monday.

- her dad, who will be 89 on Friday.  Pray he'll be able to come home.

JANE:  Pray for

- my uncle who has Covid.  He is out of the hospital and now in rehab, anxious to get home.

ANITA:  Pray for

- my Uncle Gary who has CLL leukemia.  Waiting on results of biopsy.  Please pray no prostate cancer.

SUSAN R:  Pray for

- headaches and medication approval.

NATALIE:  Pray for

- Corey! Continued prayer from previous posts.

- my family, who is going to Florida for a couple of weeks in our motorhome.

DEANNA:  Pray for

- my radiation treatments and that my meds are doing what they are supposed to do.

- our friends not with us anymore.

KATRYN:  Pray for

- a surveyor for Tybee and other house related things that I need to accomplish.

VALORIE:  Pray for

- Mom and Dad (Steve and Marcia)

YVETTE:  Pray for

- me to have physical energy.  I have been so tired.

DIANE:  Pray for 

- my son, Daniel, to be able to complete the code he is working on for his invention and for a solid business proposal to to be   able to present to the incubation group.

- Will, to be able to get driving practice with his friend.

- one of my clients, "Hugh"(name changed for HIPPAA).  He is going through a hard time  with health issues and anxiety   attacks.  Please pray for him to feel better.

- my nephew, James, has broken up with his girlfriend of two years and is miserable.  Please pray for him.

VALORIE:  Pray for

- Mom and Dad (Steve and Marcia) for wisdom and guidance about how to handle things with our old house(rental).

DEBBI:  Pray for 

- my sister, Lauren: high blood pressure, upcoming foot surgery, needs peace.

TRACIE:  Pray for 

- Janessa Jackson, the homeless girl that Kaylie and friends are trying to help.

- Susan Clark- continued.

KATRYN:  Pray for 

- Morgan.  He is so sad and lonely.  One of his online friends was very mean to him last night.  He was crazy about how he   doesn't have anyone--it is really hard to see your 27 year-old son cry.
